At C4CC, we believe in tackling the big issues that face consumers today. It is clear that the safety and vitality of our nation depends on sound and robust transportation infrastructure. Transportation, however, is one area of our infrastructure that often doesn't meet our needs in safety or service. Consumers should have reliable, secure, and efficient modes of transportation that meet their needs and the needs of our nation's economy. We are particularly supportive of:

  • Highway, rail and air infrastructure that ensures safe and efficient passage, while promoting competition in the marketplace;
  • Progressive efficiency standards that promote the development of domestic resources;
  • Aggressive research into safe, efficient means of transportation, and;
  • Policies that promote consumer choice and education in the transporation marketplace.
